My old man has had an account with Party for about 15 years, but hasn't played on there for a while.

When he tried using the forgotten password feature, he wasn't getting any e-mail to reset the password.

Has been going back and forth over the phone, and with livechat for several days, but having no joy.

They're telling him that they don't have his e-mail on record, and he should just sign up with a new e-mail. When he tried to sign up again, it says he already has an account Cheesy

His patience is starting to wear a bit thin now, so I said I'd post on here for him, to see if Tighty or anyone at PP had any suggestions to who he could contact.

Good bit of follow up from Party, as they just called the old man to tell him they recovered the money from his other account, and after verification transferred it to the one he opened last week.

Cheers for the help, Rich.
