I was wondering, if the football fairy were to put 5 premiership goals out to tender, to be used at the discretion of the winning club at any point in the season, how much do you think the best offer would be?

Good question but a tough one to answer
5 goals to be used in 5 different games have a lot more value than 5 goals to be used in one game e.t.c

Use as and when you like, i.e. 0 - 0 at 85 minutes you can use one, if they equalise you can use another one. Use as many as you like in any premiership game. |

Surely, barring accidents, the judicious use of 5 goals over the course of a season should get a top 4 club 12/15 points?

Now back to the question would be a different value to every club
The vast bunch of the league 15 points based on recent seasons won't be that valuable (might get you Europa League from mid table) but even that
has a questionable value to premier league teams anyway
A team adrift at the bottom probably 50-75 million if it guaranteed survival

if your use 1 a game over 5 games your drawing that's 10 points as you would of already had one point from the draw. You can't go from 0 points to 3 points in a single game with a single goal.
