I was wondering, if the football fairy were to put 5 premiership goals out to tender, to be used at the discretion of the winning club at any point in the season, how much do you think the best offer would be?

Use as and when you like, i.e. 0 - 0 at 85 minutes you can use one, if they equalise you can use another one.

Use as many as you like in any premiership game.

Surely, barring accidents, the judicious use of 5 goals over the course of a season should get a top 4 club 12/15 points?

how can 5 goals get 15 points?
if your use 1 a game over 5 games your drawing that's 10 points as you would of already had one point from the draw. You can't go from 0 points to 3 points in a single game with a single goal.
