Brian, sadly it's almost unheard of for Cardroom Managers in the UK to issue penaltiers, or indeed do anything about, these sort of incidents.
I take the a balnced view on the matter - shoot them, I say, SHOOT THEM.
or send them outside in their underwear, it must be cold there, it is 80 and sunny here in Florida
