Blinds just gone 50-100.

BIG hand news coming through - Jen has the gory details of an exit & a double-up.

Dina - I'm afraid she is not here - she is in Saudi Arabia. Sorry Iron!

JP eliminates Mike Magee - -

5 8 5 the fatal board.

JP bet, Mike raised to 2k, JP all-in, call.
JP:
Mike Magee:

But the Nine on the river took out the third player of the tournament, and gave JP a worryingly healthy stack.  I don't envy the others on his table now... a hard rain's a gonna fall, as my old grandma in used to say...

Dany Dbonin is another early exiter - also with Jacks, but he pushed in preflop for 6k or so, and raced an AK in a gambling mood.

I do believe in the background of the Willie Tann photo we see snoops sandwiched, position wise between Bambos and Nash with Sheriff Fatman on his table too

How are snoops and Sheriff doing in such exalted company?

Gone are the days when you give people a nice big chip stack and they take it easy for a few levels; things have changed, as demonstrated by Andrew Callaghan and Stavros Ioannou.  Preflop it all took off when Stavros found himself heftily re-raised all-in by Andrew.  Having left himself with just a few thousand, he made that face which always means, "Oh, I don't care any more.  Go on then," and called with his !
Andrew flipped the equally surprising three diamonds
The flop: (not sure why Stavros calling for a Jack at this point)
Turn:
River:

And now Andrew's comfy on 16,000.

Now we see Dave Lloyd, Sheriff Fatman, and Paul Vicery, who pretty much destroyed Steve Read.

Mad Turk is OUT - and before we could snap his photo...  He had against Ben Grundy's .  With three hearts showing, you can't really blame all the money for flying in on the river.  According to Jon Raab, The Turk got up "mouthing obscenities" a little disgruntled, as you might imagine.

Dave Colclough, as low as 3,800 early on, is on the march now, very busy, & up to a well, whopping 7,750. I said "7,700 Dave?", he said NO, 7,750!". OK, OK......

Tikay, when you have a free moment, could ask Mr Raab to PM/Email me about the Blue Square package when he's not too busy.

Much appreciated.
