Here's Burnley, on what Kev describes as the Table of Death - spot the other danger zones...

Burnley John is OUT in very 'punch in the gut' circumstances.

All-in preflop.

K-K v Q-Q

Board = 2-A-4-5

'Please con't put a 3 down,' pleads John.

The dealer listens to the request, and sticks a queen on the river.

hmph

More to come...

Kev - this is for you.  Thanks for your tireless scouting for poker-related photos... like this one of Heidi, John Wong's girlfriend (John came fourth yesterday in the €400).   He's found several lady dealers too, but I think I'll space them out.

We haven't seen him, and it's half past five now, so unfortunately, if he was intending to play, it looks like it's too late - he will have been refunded and his seat given to someone on the waiting list.  Sad

A serious looking Jim Reid snapped by Kev in a rare non-distracted minute.

Enjoying the usual great updates guy. Tell Matt Dale and Dan Carter the Bristol Boys are rooting for them

Matt Dale is already up to a tasty 14,000, stacked in an intriguing pyramid formation.  He says Hi to y'all and is pleased to be being followed, I reckon... will keep an eye on him for you.

Nice one. Thanks. If you see him again tell him Matt H said he's playing 'awesome' Wink

Simon Zach is sitting on a healthy stack of 15k, even after hitting 2 full houses with little if no action.

Dana here. Dark Prince Jan and his partner in crime George would like everyone at home in Germany to know that the weather is just perfect, the beach is beautiful, and they're both having a lovely time. That's what they said, anyway, although I could see the fear in their eyes...

Trevor Reardon has arrived.

Apparantly he thought the tourney started at 5pm, so he sat back, had some munchies and watched the footie while his blinds ebbed away.

either that or he's supremely confident...
