Decisions, decisions, decisions

I only really know what I'm doing with 4 or more cards in my hand so this one had me a little confused.
£50 live holdem freezeout. About 26 left, 9 paid. Average stack around 300k, blinds 4000/8000 with 8000 button ante.
Button is a pro, has been raising quite a bit, won flips etc. and has ~900k. He open ships from the button, sb folds.
If you are the bb, what is your calling range with a:
a) fist pump
b) gallic shrug
c) deep sigh

D'oh.
sb folded with ~250k behind, we have 200k. Blinds are 20 minutes so it's pretty turbo.

so hes jamming 30 and 25bb effective.
doesn't seem great regardless.
for him to not be doing this brainlessly hes probably removing the top end of his range ie TT/AQs and including hands such as smaller pairs that he doesnt want you to defend with and outflop him/have a tougher time playing.
either that or he might think you are both braindead nits who wont call without Kings plus.
8k btn ante 9 handed is just over 10% antes
with 25bb and in the bb id call with 77+ and A9s ATo KQs probably something like that.
if everyone is utterly dreadful then you want to tighten that up somewhat and look to not just rofl call it off vs these big jams and play lots of smaller pots vs the weaker players.
you can choose which of those hands goes into your categories

Cheers. I was neither player, bb called it off with AJo and riverbed a 3 outer J. Button spent the rest of his comp claiming it was a horrifically bad call.

for it to be a three outer the shovee has likely played this even worse especially if he has an image of raising alot and could get rejammed on alot lighter than the calling range + it plays great when blinds peel.
I would do this in my head if I was BB

Double-fist pump with A-J imo
Pro should learn how to focus on the future rather than lament the past

Utterly atrocious player
Well yes, I kinda worked that out.
I thought the days of describing players in such terms were long behind us.
