I would bet more on the flop and turn, you have two callers make them pay.  The turn looks particularly low (1/3rd of pot)

A river jam looks horrific to me.  I don't play at this level, but surely nobody ever calls that with worse?

Pretty grim, only hands we're gonna see worse than AA are KQ/AK.

$2 pre, $5 flop would be better, get stacks in sooner!

More pre ($2/2.20 or smth), therefore more on flop, allows you to pot/bomb turn instead of having a gay spot like this OTR.

Checking vs bet/folding in this spot seems hard to decide, a shove now I think only gets you called by one hand less than you have.

Prolly checking.

Just based on the min open and the fact the BB is short. Could induce a "fuck it" with lots of marginals.
And as previously said, makes pot bigger, and any further bets can be bigger.

Gent singular if you don't mind.  I think pre is fine.

I think pre flop play is fine with AA on the BTN,
you're playing a 150bb stack, and a 40bb short stack, the first thing I am thinking is to get it HU post flop,
I like the line of pot betting each street, you're on BTN and it looks 'stealy' OTF.
4.50 on the flop, 18 on the turn, pot is 58 for the river and villain has approx 13 left, 1/4 of the pot thus making him essentially stack off his 1 pair hands, or possibly shove draws/ semi bluff the turn? either move being an easy call for you, next time don't play AA so passively.

here you have ended up with a 90bb pot on the river with villain left with 100bb and short stack with 2bb and a tricky one to VB, I think I'm half pot betting then calling.

Go bigger pre. $2 seems better. Its $25nl, chances are they are calling any hand they want to play anyway. You just get more money in with the best hand.

The same goes for the flop. If they are calling $2.50 they are likely going to call $4.50. Again charging their draws or weaker pair hands, and building a big pot when you have the best of it.

Value betting bigger will add a significant bb/100 to your win rate.
