He not only entertained the viewers with his Commentory he educated them.
The World Championships and Darts won't be the same without Sid.

very sad to hear this. He was so passionate about darts, you could feel his excitement and tension when he spoke.

Moving stuff, great programme.

I do hope the commentators who try to move the sports onwards don't try to copy Sid's style because they will fail miserably.

Sid Waddell is incomparable.

My favourite kids show when growing up, I even got bought a Jossie's Giants Tracksuit.
Just watched the first episode "Your playing Banana Football, always bunching together"  haha
