Paul 'Fatmarra' Moss is grinding like he's got a degree in grinding from Grindsville University in Grindtown.
"I'm very proud of Fatmarra and his grinding abilities he's displayed today," commented railer Malc M.
Paul is currently on 17,300.

Latter Stage Race Gamble!
Ken Wong raised preflop, Lawrence thought about it, and then pushed all-in. Ken called in a flash with
. He was against
.
Flop:
Turn:
River:
Just narrowly covered, Lawrence doubles to over 60k, leaving the totally calm Ken Wong with under 10k and slight hope of recovery.
Some of these hands are mad

Vince Birt leaks a few more chips, calling Karl Mahrenholz's under the gun raise to 6,500 (blinds 1k/2k ante 200) and then check-passing on the
flop. McCool laments lack of late stage aggression...
MEANWHILE - Chubbs races into the chip leader spot with 160,000+
Joe Grech raised preflop. Nick Slade re-raised. Simon Nowab pushed in (for his whole 75k). Joe passed, then this happened (thanks, Ariston, for this one):
Nick, "Have you got Aces?"
Simon, "Yes."
Nick, "Will you show if I pass?"
Simon, "Yes."
Nick, "Are you sure?"
Simon, "Yes - what do you want, blood?"
Nick calls all in with
. Simon flips
, and takes him out.

My photography skills are pretty poor, but I'd thought I try and grab a few decent close-up snaps anyhow.

There is something midly amusing about that exchange of words...

Tikay is no more -
the first reasonable hand with a space to raise coming with it - he moved in and found
as a caller. Not the best match-up; even after the Jack on the flop the Ace on the turn sealed his fate and the Queen river sealed it a bit tighter. He's been a bit ill through this one, but we were hoping for a Day Three appearance; not to be - but we'll be seeing a good deal of him on this tour, I reckon...

Not in my opinion. By the sounds of it - the 55 dude had a comfy chip stack. I do believe that you should look for opportunities to gamble when you fall way below the average - but in a deep structure tourney I don't think such risks are neccesary. The best he can realisticallty hope for is a race against two overcards - and he would have to assume some percentage of his opponents range to higher pairs. Suspect - in my opinion of course.
