Scenario is as follows, 80-odd left in an MTT paying 18 places.  Average stack is just under 10k or so.

CO has been raising often from LP, normally taking pots uncontested.  SB has played few hands in the last hour.  When involved in a hand, a raise has tended to be respected.

Action develops as follows:
Blinds are 200/400 with a 25 ante

CO (t10810)
Button (t9204)
SB (t4348)
BB (t11787)
UTG (t19585)
UTG+1 (t12710)
MP1 (t11292)
MP2 (t11487)

Preflop:
4 folds, CO raises to t1200, 1 fold, SB raises all-in  to t4323, 1 fold. CO.....

Given the descriptions above, give me your thoughts from both players perspectives.  If you are SB, what hand would you consider making this move with.  From CO's perspective, what sort of range would you put SB on and consequently, in his shoes, what sort of range would you call with.

Just intrigued to collate a few views, after which I'll post the hand details for opinions.

If I'm in the cut off in this spot then I will almost always call. I'm getting 2 to 1 and I'm not critical if I lose.

to be honest when i'm in the small blind anything like  three diamonds is good enough vs a late position raise!!

Even when the initial raiser insta-calls and turns over  its still not enough!!  Cheesy
