Tim Flanders has dusted off a large proportion of his chips. It is folded round to him in the small blind and he says to Oscar in the big blind "I'll make it easy for you. I'm all in" To which Oscar replies "Call" Flanders has Oscar has The doesn't get Tim out of it and Oscar wins a 280k pot, reducing Tim to just over 100k. Well Played Ned.

Play has yet to recommence, but I did bump into Paul Parker.
Well, he bumped into me, win in hand.
He was talking (that's no surprise) about Shannon Shorr and his recent 600k (or near enough) win at the Bellagio.
"There was no-one there, just a few people watching, including myself. It was totally surreal, they're playing for millions of dollars yet no-one was interested. Maybe it was because of the lack of tv coverage, but there was no interest in the comp at all. Even the players looked disinterested, you wouldn't believe that Shorr was only 21 and playing for so much money. When he won, they casually announced it on the tannoy and I looked over. Shorr was completely stoic, no emotion whatsoever. You'd see more of a celebration at a £10 rebuy."

While they were at a small break for the final two tables I went on a walk, walk round this barrier and physically bumped into Gus Hansen. So I say hi and whip out the camera. The second pic HE insisted we had one together

Play has started.
1st hand... Isabelle moves all in from the small blind, Peter Hedlund laughs, and then folds.

Just caught up - terrific job guys. Does anyone know if "TheBear" used to play with that alias online on the Prima network? Lived in Thailand about a year ago?
