Don't like the shadows either.  Very annoying in our opening game weren't they.

Germany are looking really good in this WC.

silly question... Nayim from the hafway line ??   remember singing that for 90 minutes ??   its natural to want ex players from your club to perform well... especially when they were a god at the club.

I think Dave makes a fair comment... and i agree... good luck to larrson.

It's not only Dave, but all Celtic fans.

I don't go on about Nayim, only to Arsenal fans. They go on and on about him all the time, CelticGeezer even had a bet with a Rangers fan. The bet was who would score the most goals, Pryso (Rangers player) vs Larsson (Helsingborg player).

Thanks Mate...i appreciate your support mate, and yes he was a god and thanks for pointing that out....Nem's obviously never seen his talents in person.

anyway, Sweden never really had a chance against this german side, there playing so so well together, with so much confidence, i bet your glad Gerard cleared that sweden chance off the line now after seeing Germany today

The Barca team that went from round 1 to the final practically without him did nout obviously.

Also the team in the final that passed the ball well all night, wearing out the opposition may have had something to do with it... ;)

He was good in the SPL, but so was an alcoholic Gazza (scored on average 15 goals a season for Rangers.)

You have to understand that while everyone agrees Larrson was one of the top draw players (not in the top handful) he can not be given the credit you lot like to give him because he has not consisntantly produced in a strong league or on the big stage.

The UEFA cup does not provide anything more difficult than t=an avergae to decent PL team... as shown by Boro's run (valiant as it was) run to the final...

now who are the top ten scorers for british teams and how nmany have they got in what split of euro comps?!!!!!!

The UEFA cup does not provide anything more difficult than t=an avergae to decent PL team... as shown by Boro's run (valiant as it was) run to the final...

now who are the top ten scorers for british teams and how nmany have they got in what split of euro comps?!!!!!!
to be honest I dont know, i dont really pay too much attention to the marketing hype that surrounds the champions league, I just look at the teams he has scored against :

Liverpool
Blackburn
Valencia
Celta Vigo
Bordeaux
Juventus
Porto

All in all, not a bad cv.

All in Champions League football.

Nistlerooy is a machine in Europe, almost one a game.
