I disagree, you get raised by an overpair and have a chance to stack them , also you cant give a possible flushdraw a free card on this board. Taking down a 600 chip pot at 20/40 is happy days. (I always used to bet the straight with a flushdraw out there...I don't as much any more if I reckon someone will raise for me.

It makes the pot bigger.
