£5 rebuy, 18 left. (Into the F/O stage btw) i have 20000, UTG+2 has 30000 and SB has 15000 i get 5c 7c on the BB, UTG+2 limps in, sb makes it up. I check. Flop - 6c 8c 2c SB bets 2000, i make it 5000 and UTG+2 moves in all in... The SB folds and its up to me.... Background on him is, he can be a bit of a maniac 2 hands previous he re-raised me with KQ and when i moved in he called to blag a split pot with my AK. So i make the call and he flips over Qc Jc and the 4c or the 9c fails to materialise. Is there any way this could have been played differantly or was that always the outcome? Youre doing very well at this stage, and you just know that we can outplay all this lot (at Leeds Gala), so even if you put him on a set, I wouldnt want to see the next two cards with all my chips on the line, when you know that in a few hands, he could be banging it all in with KQ again. Also, John is not a good and clever player, and we saw him shoot all in with an Ace High Flush at the start of the Freezeout section.
