Title: Withdrawing funds from Blonde Poker...help! Post by: The_Ant on September 01, 2006, 05:35:27 PM I an having real problems withdrawing funds from blondepoker, i had to resort to phoning customer service and that was not a pleasant experience.
Anyhow, when trying to withdraw money i get the following error message "Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'com_exception' with message 'Source: ADODB.Field Description: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. I have emailed poker support twice and just get a reply with a ticket no. and don't hear from them again. I managed to speak to Customer service on the 26/08 and asked to withdraw £250 and it is not yet in my bank acct. I am starting to get a little concerned.
