I an having real problems withdrawing funds from blondepoker, i had to resort to phoning customer service and that was not a pleasant experience.

Anyhow, when trying to withdraw money i get the following error message

"Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'com_exception' with message 'Source: ADODB.Field
Description: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.' in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\api\tribeca\actions\processFunPlay.php:84 Stack trace: #0 c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\api\tribeca\actions\processFunPlay.php(84): processFunPlay::getfunplayerskinid() #1 c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\api\tribeca\actions\convertreal.php(207): processFunPlay->getfunplayerskinid(0) #2 c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\api\tribeca\cashier.php(29): convertreal->loadexpiry('a8beb2f7742418b...', 55000) #3 {main} thrown in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\api\tribeca\actions\processFunPlay.php on line 84"

Anybody know what this means?  I have emailed poker support twice and just get a reply with a ticket no. and don't hear from them again.  I managed to speak to Customer service on the 26/08 and asked to withdraw £250 and it is not yet in my bank acct.  I am starting to get a little concerned.

Do you think if Bill Gates got laid in high school, do you think there'd be a Microsoft?
Of course not.

I always withdraw online and have never encountered a problem.

Is anyone else having the same problems as The Ant?

Ant I will look into this immediately. I don't understand why you are getting the message when your withdrawl is still processed ok. Very odd.
