I got in touch with Mansion via their live help on the Monday after I had played my 4 tourneys. My query was forwarded to their poker bit and the money was refunded into my account in the next day or so. Suggest you get in touch with them and they'll sort you out. Technically, they don't exist, although de facto 12:00 pm is noon and 12:00 am is midnight. Better to use a 24-hour clock.
