They're normally pretty good, they've been a bit delayed in getting it back before after a bank holiday, but you'll get it back.

I haven't had mine refunded either yet but I wouldn't worry too much at this stage, as last time I wasn't refunded until around 2pm on the Tuesday and that was a non bank holiday week.
