Title: Settle an argument? Post by: bhoywonder on May 21, 2007, 01:18:13 PM ok the missus came up with a cracker there and wont let it go
So I thought I'd ask some intelligent people....but the blonde forum will have to do for now....lol She has an dentist appointment 2morro and has told to be there by the receptionist ' at the back of eleven' now to me this means around 10.50 to 10.55 but she argues differently she is quoting 11.45 to 12.00 thoughts sought please to clear up this domestic dispute it could get nasty Title: Re: Settle an argument? Post by: Rookie (Rodney) on May 21, 2007, 01:20:50 PM No idea.. Why didn't she just ask what time is that to the dentist?! Or why not ring the dentist and find out! lol

Title: Re: Settle an argument? Post by: AdamM on May 21, 2007, 01:22:58 PM never heard the phrase "at the back off eleven"

Post by: matt674 on May 21, 2007, 02:37:48 PM best indicator would be what date they gave for the appointment, if they said "at the back of may" and her appoinment is tomorrow then she should turn up at 10.50am
failing that i suggest asking for an appointment card in future ;) Title: Re: Settle an argument? Post by: fergus8 on May 21, 2007, 06:58:07 PM lol your both wrong, kinda sums up marrage
