Title: Re: Blonde poker UN HELP desk Post by: Claw75 on September 03, 2007, 09:12:13 PM i've just been on to them with same problem. I spoke to Wayne and he managed to get it sorted in 15 minutes, after a bit of a fright when he said they had no record of an account in either my name or email address

Eventually we figured that out - but what was frustrating was him telling me I couldn't be looking at an email when I was so obviously looking at an email - he told me it was impossible.....it was so annoying. And the fact he kept checking I wasn't putting in the old password - which was why i was contacting him in the first place - because I didnt know it! Such a waste of time.
