i've just been on to them with same problem.  I spoke to Wayne and he managed to get it sorted in 15 minutes, after a bit of a fright when he said they had no record of an account in either my name or email address

You might have registered with another email address that forwards on to your Yahoo address.



No - there are 2 addresses - 1 old and 1 new. Eventually we figured that out - but what was frustrating was him telling me I couldn't be looking at an email when I was so obviously looking at an email - he told me it was impossible.....it was so annoying.

And the fact he kept checking I wasn't putting in the old password - which was why i was contacting him in the first place - because I didnt know it!
Such a waste of time.

Maurice is new to the CS team and is learning the ropes, please please please come through me if you have any problems, i havea short cut to support and as many people will tell you, its quick , easy and painless that way.

I have to go through support to put cash IN..using my debit card it said declined, gave me near heart failure i thought i had been a victim of internet bank robbery.
