Saddled with his embarrassment, the man was kept behind bars until the wheels of the legal process turned. On being asked by a reporter how he felt he replied "Them's the brakes"

It's a funny story, but I don't understand why he was given 3 years probation and put on the sex offenders list. he was alone, in private, not in public. What did he do wrong?

Good question - it's a precedent - if you think you are in a private place and someone walks in you're comitting an offense?

It got worse for the unfortunate man as he was later admitted to hospital after apparently using WD-40 as a substitute for KY jelly.

The doctors prescribed him a course of stabilisers.

 ;hattip; ;applause; ;applause;

He was clearly a cycle-path (or a pedal-phile), after all this kind of activity can derailleur.

A man in Kilmarnock later identified as Mr S.Ark, was to be found the next day in his public library borrowing the latest best-seller in the country

"Cactus potting for angry horse loving cycling porn enthusiasts" by Mr I. Didnothingwronghonestguv.

Sex offenders register ???

To protect other bicycles out there?  I don't understand, it had been a blow-up doll would he have been sentenced?  He was in his own room, behind a locked door?  How was he 'breaching the peace'?

I wonder if after pumping up his bike if he's a bit tired now?  It certainly hasn't been a goodyear for him.
