Her voice is (and was) excellent.  She can't 'dance' though, and she probably did want to go to the toilet.

Because the other people performing were Mika, Klaxons/Rhianna, Kaiser Chiefs, Kylie and a performance from Paul McCartney which made me think Heather had won his ability to sing in tune in the divorce.

Amy didn't have much to beat.
