Don't know what to do here though Title: Re: "ITS ALLEN CUNNIG-HAM" Post by: Longy on April 16, 2008, 08:43:16 PM I like the check on the turn with the intention of check calling and then check calling a reasonable bet on the river.Of course he could have a jack or 88/44 here but all bigger pairs 3 bet preflop, unless he is getting tricky.
More of his range is made up of smaller pocket pairs, 8x,109 and some random hands that have floated the flop. Your hand really looks like a missed ax hand or maybe kq etc which has made a standard cbet. So to get most from this hand i think going into passive check call mode makes the most long term, as this is way ahead/way behind situation where getting to the cheapest showdown is our aim. Title: Re: "ITS ALLEN CUNNIG-HAM" Post by: TheChipPrince on April 17, 2008, 10:14:03 AM I check as much as I bet here, i've brought my continuation bet % right down and am reaping the rewards...
