Well, as some of you are no doubt aware from some of my more frustrated posts of late, I've managed to pick myself up an internet stalker.  I've been trying to ignore it, but it's got to the point lately where I can't say anything on here without being watched.  I'm taking myself offline for a bit, as it's just too stressful for me at the moment.  I didn't just want to disappear without saying anything though.  I'll still be on msn and facebook :)

without going into too much detail (as I don't want to get in trouble!), this is something I have discussed with the mods.  In theory, they could ban the IP (please note i say in theory, they have not said they would), but the person would still be able to read the forum as a guest, so little point.  That was fine when the were just lurking, I could ignore it, now they've started posting too and it's got under my skin.

Find out who they are all everyone stalk them :)

yeah, name and shame, but if this is a problem you have reported, maybe blonde could take the first step and approach them with a view to name and shame. (if not already done)

no - this is a problem that started outside of the forum.  the police have been involved and there is a harrassment order in place which means that if said person tries to make any contact with me they can be arrested without further warning.  It has moved onto blonde since then.

wow .. we really need to send the boys around. Right lets have a blonde invasion/party at claws then we can settle this the old fashioned way

just a quick note to say thanks for the supportive PMs and texts.  I take on board what people have said about just rising above it, which is what I have been doing over the last couple of months.  What only a handful of people on here know is that I have been suffering with an anxiety related illness for a while now.  Blonde has been somewhat of a lifeline as it's been somewhere I could come and have a laugh and forget about the day to day stuff that's been causing me trouble.  Unfortunately, recent events have meant I can't relax around here as I could, and it's really for the sake of my health that I need to step away for a bit.  It's a sad state of affairs, but I need to retain some sanity.

Thanks again, it's good to know I have friends here, and will hopefully be back before too long xxx

I noticed a rather odd comment after one of your posts...that explains it.

As you have pointed out banning the IP address would not stop your stalker from spying on you which is a bit creepy and its understandable why you are upset.

I really dont think you should let this person drive you away from Blonde though Claire because then she/he has won by upsetting your life even more.

Might I suggest, with permission from the mods, that you and Matt open another account with a different name and then PM all your buddies (a bit of a pain I know) letting them know what it is.

At the very least it will drive her/him crazy wondering what your new username is  ;D

As with anything, sleeping on it has helped put it into perspective.  Yep, she's still here today (albeit 'hidden'), but you know what - I don't really care.  If she is sad enough to spend her life watching a computer screen all day every day just to see what I am up to, then let her - no skin off my nose, and I know which end of that I'd rather be on.

no not on commission, but it's a good night out we normaly get a limo from southampton to london then get it to pick us up at 0630, you get to see things you wont see else where.

the last one i went to had a amazing suspension show (where people are suspended with hooks through the flesh)

Awesome!  They used to publish pics in Loaded mag years ago for this, fascinating stuff.  I'd love to go but am clearly not brave/interesting enough so am contended by looking at the piccies.

I saw the suspension thing at Reading a few years ago, think I may have posted it on here. They pierced the woman's back live on stage, it was all a bit... odd.

whilst this stuff doesn't do it for me, on the plus side it's making the prospect of getting my piercings tomorrow seem like child's play!
