Just looked in my internet banking guide

Monday - Saturday - Transfer from HSBC account to HSBC account are processed within 10 minutes

Transfers from your own HSBC account to another HSBC account that is in your name is instant 24/7

Sundays and Bank holiday transactions, funds will be cleared next banking day

Your correct on the basis, its between Monday - Friday a payment can be made between any bank (excluding building societies) within 4 working hours... Saturday could take up to 12 hours, and Sunday and bank holidays money will be cleared next banking day...

And that is my HSBC internet banking guide speaking not me

AFAIK that should be the worst case scenario as larger payments are not yet using the faster payments system, but I guess if the transfer has been made and is not yet in the account then you may have to wait till tuesday.

HSBC to HSBC is always instant

Larger payments for the new faster payments system are those over 20k, these would still be instant with hsbc

PM me if your not sorted Sunday8pm

If it's all some sort of misunderstanding he needs to return the full $150 USD.

The £50 now isn't much good.

he logged in yesterday so if no contact made doesent look good

he seemed alright though(if not a bit over enthusiastic at times)

his first ever post was selling tickets though so if he got the dough for them it's strange that he would have hung about

edit;- the ticket selling came way after his first post

I will be writing to Ben privately about this.

However for the information of all those (who may have bought tickets from "theDJ" for example, and we know he had a variety of other schemes afoot) who had contact with this member it came to light when we were investigating that "theDJ" was the same person as the previously banned member "Jaydeea" (he of Spanish poker clubs and unfulfilled promises related to those)

"TheDJ" has been banned from the forum.

We hope anyone with outstanding issues with this person manages to resolve them in due course.

sorry to hear this Ben.

I doubt it will be much use to you, but ages ago, "Jaydeea" posted a rail thread where he said he was in a big online tourney and fabricated the payouts, and posted a screenshot of a 36 man play money SNG, and I noticed this and questioned him on it, and he asked me to delete all my posts in the thread which I did, but not before I got a copy of the picture he posted which purported to be his celebration of victory, which was a screenshot of his table.

I allayed these fears to a moderator at a later date when he started doing his spanish holiday nonsense.

this is the afore mentioned screenshot, hopefully it can prove useful.

good luck to you.

All we know about the tickets is on the thread as blonde deliberately stated it wasn't going to get involved in private transactions

At the same time (48-72 hours ago) the gentleman was, pushily, promoting all sorts of schemes (blonde clothing lines (where we paid him up front via a poker account!), rake schemes, IT services) to myself and other blonde staff.

This made us suspicious, and obviously we wanted to know more about him

During the course of this the mod team, and one clever mod (damn outed as Kev above, scrap the word clever),  in particular, started doing IP cross matches and bingo, we found it

All contact from the gentleman stopped Tuesday morning.

Jaydeea was banned in July with the various rumpuses over M3boy etc with which he got involved in threads although as totalise correctly states we were on "Alert Code Red" over him prior to that.

I very much doubt that Blonde and it's members have been his only victims.

Does anyone know his real name?

If you lot had been a bit more clued up and tricky and feinged interest for a while, got him to do some designs for the forum outlay ect, then moved onto phone calls with him before arranging a meet to give him some cash you couldve got sunday to turn up and bash the shit out of him.

Totally, just hole up at the "Plough Pub" of an evening and make some discreet enquiries.

Hi All,

I have a room available, in the flat I move into on the 29th of January 2008, in Westcliff, near the plough pub, the flat is totally re built, laminate flooring through out, tidy and spacious bathroom, conservatory, garden etc.

Bedroom is laminate floored, with doors out to the garden, it comes unfurnished.

Room is £350 per month (inlcuding internet, telephone, phone line and all rates, including council tax) and a deposit of £350 a month.

I have pictures, email me for more information

Jack

This thread is absolute comedy!

Thanks for tracking him down. Seems like a complete retard, interesting to know he was Jaydeaa too!

Know some 'geezers' in and around Southend. I'm 99% sure we can sort this out, + interest.

Can anyone roll me on full tilt?!  rotflmfao

his Stars Username is K3R5H4W - Southend   and he's MHUNT100 on tilt.

I got grimmed for $70 for some tickets, lol oh and the manager at the plough has never heard of him, she apparently lives above the pub.

I made a few posts about Jaydeaa when he first came along promising lots of stuff for dirt cheap and then being out of contact, being away etc...what a shitster.

It's funny, if he does this type of thing on lots of forums wonder if he has a gambling addiction to feed? :P

K3R5H4W and MHUNT100 are both losing accounts. Playing lots of small buy-in tournaments and cashing in approximately 0% of them.

I cannot get on BlondePoker... As at the moment im having to use my "mobile phone" as the internet due to cable problems in the area... Which means I cannot get onto FTP or Stars etc, but im happy to send the funds back into a bank account within the next 3 working days (I get paid on monday)

In all seriousness I have had NOOOOOO internet connection since Wednesday afternoon I think...

I have shipped the tickets and if you can wait untill "late" tonight, I will be able to send over a TNT tracking number (either via email or text message, if you ship over telephone number), which i cant get hold of for one, is at home and for two i cant track due to having no internet.

Yes, my old account was Jaydeaa... and if you know why i was banned... it was very sad, i put on a topic,

The staking suituation is very sad, regarding 300 posts (I bet i get banned for this post)

and yes in return was banned, i dont know what else for etc... I come back to the forum, after some time away as a different person, chilled and more grown up about opinions and more open to others etc, thought that showed obviously not....

Could you enlighten me to the "outing" post on blondepoker?

He logged on to blonde two days ago:

Last Active:     August 27, 2008, 12:05:31 PM

This was after Sunday first aired his concerns about being 'grimmed'.  So he was well aware then.

If you get caught twice........you can fill the rest in for yourself

Please get his number and take control. Do not give him any further information about yourself and your bank account especially

Agree completely!  Don't even get drawn into a debate with him regarding his internet connection or Blonde outing posts.

He offered tickets for sale.  You purchased as agreed.  He failed to send.  Return money...END OF.

i dont think a game of rounders is going to sort anything, you should be concentrating on getting your money back

revenge is overrated -- but satisfaction of saving other people from the same misfortune is still OK

Personally -- legal proceedings not withstanding -- I would probably not have the patience to wait I would be in favour of -- well -- I'll let you guess.

Best of blonde thread,  FACT

LoL so hard at scamming for £50, $2, bi-dating services etc etc

You couldnt make this up. I hope this drags on another week or so before moneys are returned just for the amusement factor.

"8/1 on any named person recieveing a full payback"

This could be a little money maker for the scammer in question

But if Rooks sticks 200£ on it it makes the chase for the money well worth while  :)

Have loved showing people my address and that online, well done i hope it makes you feel good about yourself.

anyway, I "this morning" receieved the Peter Kay tickets back (You can keep the Al Murray ones, I dont see a problem there) IN have bought a 3 internet dongle just to be able to sort this out, so please dont think im trying to make excuses etc, but i cannot connect to FTP to do a transfer and 2ndly I dont even have that amount in FT, your deposit was withdrew straight away...

It should arrive in my account by Tuesday at the latest " I hope " and the same as Mr Mayhew, have agreed, to get it paid into a bank account by 5pm, on Tuesday, hopefully Monday, if It arrives and i can get out of the office in time to arrange... Or if you in Central / West London / Luton any day next week that is also fine, as i have no problem meeting yourself... As truely I have done nothing wrong

I look forwarded to seeing this email posted on blondepoker.com

£100 on someone gets full payback please

you got to name who

Title: Re: Personal favour please.
Post by: action man on August 31, 2008, 01:38:00 AM
not just someone, you have to name the person! the 8/1 isnt about anyone getting payment back, you have to state who, i.e rooks, mayhew etc... and £100+ is too much to lay on a novelty market which can easily be manipulated.

£1000 on Sunday getting funds back...pretty sure if you take the bet £75 will wing its way across to him somehow!

This thread was removed from the forum for a couple of days whilst the mods dealt with some issues arising from posts, where we needed to take advice and take action where necessary

Apologies if parts of the thread now seem a little disjointed but we removed all references to personal information of the gentleman in question, and had to consider other issues too

The rest of the thread will remain on the public boards despite attempts by the gentleman to have the whole thread permanently removed

We of course sincerely hope he makes good on his obligations to several of our members who entered into arrangements with him.

The thread will now be locked, and the issues should now be sorted out privately between the parties rather than conducted via repetition through the forum.
