Totally, just hole up at the "Plough Pub" of an evening and make some discreet enquiries.
Hi All,
I have a room available, in the flat I move into on the 29th of January 2008, in Westcliff, near the plough pub, the flat is totally re built, laminate flooring through out, tidy and spacious bathroom, conservatory, garden etc.
Bedroom is laminate floored, with doors out to the garden, it comes unfurnished.
Room is £350 per month (inlcuding internet, telephone, phone line and all rates, including council tax) and a deposit of £350 a month.
I have pictures, email me for more information

Me thinks that Sunday and any others that have been ripped off by him have a very good chance of getting their money back, at least.
