i only have one big resoloution for 2009.,.,.,.,
i am 21 stone 6 pounds
and i aim to shed 4 stone by the middle of july 2009.,.,.,july the 20th to be exact.,.,.,when we return to the uk
i want to be under 17 stone 7 lbs

this was the last weight i was when i boxed and i felt very fit at that weight.,,..,..,
so i am going to keep on updating this for the next 61/2 months= aprox 26 weeks to lose 56 pounds=just over a sack of spuds.,.,.,.,
i will be doing this by just training,not so much eating/i suppose a little carefull but serious training
skipping,bagwork,and very light jogging,rowing machine,and my bike....all of this will be done wearing my sweat suit.,.,.,this really works to drop weight.,.,.,
i will add a pic of myself on here now with updates when i feel my body starting to look diffrent.,.,,.
if anyone wants to join me in the traing regime or just want to write it down on here to add encouragement.,.,.,feel free.,.,.,.,here i am at 21 stone 6 pounds(you faaaaaaaaat bas4tad)

My New Year resolution is to do less washing up.

I'm truely gonna get fit this year, I'm currently a tad under 15stone and aim to be a washboarded 13 stone by the due date of my 1st baby which is the 2nd July

not really resolutions but I do have hopes for this year.

2008 was a real mixed bag for me.  On the one hand it was my happiest ever having spent it with the love of my life and was a fun and profitable year on the poker front too :)  On the flip side, it's been a bad year for me health and work wise (bit of a vicious circle as the health and work problems both exacerbate each other). 

My main wish for this year is to get myself well and find work I enjoy doing (again a bit of a vicious circle because I can't really see how to sort out one without sorting the other first iyswim).  Here's hoping for opportunity or enlightenment towards a way forward in 2009 :)
