Just buy a good pair of walking socks, although i think they do base socks too. which kinda contradicts the not doubling up theory. Title: Re: Dr Martens Post by: cia260895 on February 20, 2009, 02:17:28 PM Boots caused no problems,sleeping bag was cool, 3 others had exactly the same,he done some rock climbing archery and shooting and this sunday he is doing flying with an instructor,(should be safe after the recent incident) BUT FFS he has to be at Sutton station @ 6.20 on sunday morning so we leave my house at 5.15 for him to go to Oxford would be easier to drive direct to Oxford but no can do grrrrrrrr
