Not sure where its burst...somewhere running down from the loft in the wall...kitchen is flooded...n a little bit if the living room carpet...I'm not overly worried.. But I ain't been here since 4pm in Tuesday...n nobody has been in the downstairs flat since the cold snap Since I turned off the stopcock the water has drained away...presumably into their kitchen Can't get the landlord...fone is off....stuff it.. Most tenancy agreements will have a bit about ensuring that the tenant will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage by frost and frozen pipes.
