Yes. my phone offers to upload pictures to Picasa if I open an account (Or perhaps link it to my existing google account, I'm not sure which). If I go ahead, will my contact details or information (i.e. email addy) be accessible to all and sundry? You can optionally fill in an "about me" section as well. I just use my normal email addy. You can decide which if any of your pictures become public or kept in private folders and there is some ok'ish editing software too.
