Local club where we drink they'll take bets behind the bar, i'll go in after work with say £100, tend to look for something around 6/4, jockey booking, trainers form, not so much form because i have'nt got time in week to study. Very rare when i show a profit. Mate in club is adamant that the big bookies make false favourites. Mind you i'm an unlucky twat, i'll back 2 short priced ones that generally get placed, then next 4 favourites will go in so yes your probably right.
