Its not upto anyone else to tell you how to use your own money or belittle you but I think everyone hates seeing you just feeding the bookies uneducated cash by backing favourites blind.

Your a nice lad.

Why bet £50 on a guess when you've probs had to work 8 hours in your taxi to earn it. You've got your new flat to think about too...

Don't think many appreciated him giving a duff tip in another thread then coming back hours later saying it was OK because he had the winner e/w as well so he made a profit anyway... Roll Eyes

Still, if that's the way he wants to act, so be it. The reality is its costing a fortune to do so.

As long as u have a low commission rate on betfair and dont take bad prices then betting favourites blind in horse racing is one of the least expensive habits you can have and is near as neutral ev gambling as you can get.

I feel this post has ruined the thread for everybody. What about all the people who enjoyed Girgy knocking his roll in? Anyway, I reckon he could've showed good profit and bought loads of fancy gadgets for the flat with his winnings. Now he will have to live in squalor without the additional income from the gee gees thanks to interfering do-gooders. I think the shrewdies feared a new talent muscling in on the scene in reality.

Ignore the haters Girgy, next tip pls, lets gogogo!!!

Uptill Saturday you would have lost 5.63% betting favourites blind to SP for every race this year- they were 1788/4855 with a 37% strikerate. For every favourite that is evens, if u can get 2.1 on betfair, you would breakeven/win small longterm.

Mm  interesting, my probleh is my pockets are'nt deep enough. Local club where we drink they'll take bets behind the bar, i'll go in after work with say £100, tend to look for something around 6/4, jockey booking, trainers form, not so much form because i have'nt got time in week to study. Very rare when i show a profit. Mate in club is adamant that the big bookies make false favourites. Mind you i'm an unlucky twat, i'll back 2 short priced ones that generally get placed, then next 4 favourites will go in so yes your probably right.
