Pretty massive news, and another black mark on cycling's drug record. Such a shame too, as the TDF is such a fantastic spectacle. However, we're now in an era where we'll have to wait 5 years to know that the winner actually did win! It's been backdated so he is stripped of titles but can race by the end of this year. Do winnings need to be repaid? What about sponsorships? 2 year ban starting today seems simpler.
