We started "chatting" (online) a fair bit quite recenty, & I commented several times on blonde about how wonderfully he wrote, he was a true genius with the pen, & I linked his blog all over the place, on here, Twitter etc to help bring his incredible writing to a wider audience. I'm mortified that I was unaware of his serious illness, & that he has now passed on, & I hope my "is this really true?" was taken as intended, it was my gut reaction to something that really shocked me. If I understand it all correctly, he is now in a better place, at peace, & free from his pain & suffering. For that, praise be. RIP.
