Title: RSQ - arbboy style Post by: arbboy on May 07, 2014, 02:03:53 AM Rules
There are 11 questions, to enter you should PM your answers by Monday 12th May 20:00. Please put RSQ in the subject line (otherwise you will receive an additional penalty point to your score), and put each answer on a different line (same penalty for ignoring this as well). Your score for each question is number of people who give the same correct answer. So you want to go for answers that you think will be less commonly given. Levelling commonly happens. The answer most commonly given is called the sheep, with the corresponding sheep score. You are not allowed to do research such as Google searches to come up with answers. Just read the questions, wrack your brain, think ‘what would Andrew T do’ etc… These aren’t meant to be impossible questions the skill isn’t in thinking of an answer, it’s in thinking up an uncommon answer If you give an incorrect answer, you will receive the sheep score +5. You MUST pass on one question and score a 0 for that question, and you may not pass the final question. Objections will be considered during the reveal, however my decision will be final. The reveal will likely take place on Tuesday 13th May. If there is a tie for the lead after the 11 rounds, then there will be a tie-break question. This will be given on the evening of the reveal and will probably be a closest-wins type affair. Questions Name a Men's Wimbledon singles winner (tennis) since 1975 Name a town/city with a Genting Casino in England Name a town in my original home county of Northamptonshire (northants wiki page will be used for the answer) Name an Male England International footballer with more than 70 senior appearances for England Name a train station on the Virgin Trains Network as worded exactly on the virgin trains website route map (a virgin train must stop at these stations and not just pass through the stations) Name one of the 18 black numbers on a standard uk roulette wheel Name a Chancellor of the Exchequer since 1975 Name a winner of the I'm a celeb get me out of here TV series on ITV Name a connecting 2 card poker hand in No limit hold em (suits not required) Name a country that starts and ends with a vowel anywhere in the world As previously, give an answer that someone else gave for one of the first ten questions Title: Re: RSQ - arbboy style Post by: arbboy on May 07, 2014, 07:53:34 PM 2 entries so far
