Interesting this thread popped up today as earlier I was listening to Woody Guthrie who was a big influence on Dylan, Woody was an influence to many political singers/songwriters and activists. For a large part of the afternoon I ended up listening to many political songs sung by Guthrie, Jara, Moore, Dylan, Rovics, Banda Bassoti, Los Fastidios, The Wakes, Blaggers ITA.
