I recently used william hill customer support as i was having problems changing my details,
they solved my problem very quickly and I was suitably impressed until I checked my phone bill and found I had been charged £18.50 for the call.
My next problem came when I tried to withdraw £450 winnings and was told it would not be possible for 3 weeks. I wish it took them that long to take the cash out of my bank account.
