As a current serviceman and just got back from Afghan. I think the fact he video'd or at least made it public shows a slight arrogance  and that he was proud of it?! Although I don't condone his actions his situation is horrible, he was in one of the worst parts of Afghan and it's ridiculous your under attack at random times through the day every day for 6 months- This means your adrenaline is pumped nearly the whole time after constantly fire fighting and  watching there friends and colleagues get killed with no outlet for there anger or a chance mourn. Theyre also hugely sleep deprived without the chance to rest,

So before writing a answer think about these points-

They might of been on there feet for the last 22 hrs with 60kg on there back fighting for the life had a couple of hours sleeping minutes for a shit breakfast and then back at it again.

Think how you feel when you lose someone you love let alone when there taken unfairly- if you've ever been unfortunate to lose someone to a drunk driver etc put that hate and anger and and all the other factors this guy had + its happened multiple times and hes facing the guy who possibly did it.

I am no way condoning it and he is trained to react necessarily in these situations but i do feel that all these "throw away the key" and hatred towards him is highly unfair!

I think its a bad spot to bluff

KK,QQ gets 3bet pre, 44 can be a fold sometimes 88 doesn't get to the turn.

KQ      are the only hands your repping and im not sure all these hands play this way all of the time so pretty sure hes calling a high % of the time.

Although I think hes calling the turn very wide so that would be the only reason for me to bluff the river.

Think you could probably work on your game selection too, $1/$2 short handed on stars isn't going to be the easiest game on the net.

What is this meant to mean lol... You dont know me

I dont see why i make a post for the first time in a while and your just needling me and on the offensive?!

Doobs you say flatting sucks and you would rather win £9 pre rather than lose £20,£200

When you flat call this doesn't happen every time and often you get more value as this is the top of your flatting range.

If I 3bet got it in and he has aces would you say you should of just flatted it's better to lose £9 than £200

My pros for flatting

It can also allow you to build history with a oppo in a match where a situation may occur and you can make more river bluffs and floats ( this would obviously take a lot more hands and you would have to be confident he was taking good notes)

There was a lot of light squeezing going on but most 3bets were just taking it down

I think you get more value in this match by taking it down the streets.
Cheers jj + pleno!

This table I feel it was by far optimum to flat with qq I agree with 3 betting and i alyways would but not on this one table....

Flatting is puke in this spot

I'm either shoving or folding I just thought it was a interesting spot ...obv not

Cheers rexas thought that was a really good post Smiley

I normally 3bet but in this game everyone was folding to 3betd and there was a lot of squeezing.

What can he have on the flop?
Kk,1010,ak he 3bets pre

Kq un likely and would he play this way?

Flush draws -he's getting a good price so why raise

I think his range is k10,44,maybe kj,a10 occasionally ajcc and then his bluff range is clubs and hands like aj q9 j9 10j

Sorry this is typed out bad like I said before using an onscreen keyboard lol!

Would be interesting to run through poker stove and see equity if I shove vs his range

Harris 8.8m

First one 3bet to $5 Pots then $12 and allows more postflop play or if you dont like raising small from the SB just call and get value from the streets.

Cbet can be like 3/4 pot not full pot works same effect - Think I just barrel give up as pot is inflated :/

2nd is fine

Paul has been really unlucky since its gone short handed. He's played really tight and solid and everytime hes opened up Harris has found a premium.

This time Paul raises the SB with    Harris R-R with   Paul with a ballsy and brilliant shove unfrotunatley Harris find the call.

Board runs out:

  two hearts

We are heads up LD vs Harris

Lil Dave value owns himself!

Harris limp calls LD's raise from the (sb vs bb)

Harris

LD

Flop

Harris Check calls the flop

Harris also check calls the turn

Harris then check raises as LD goes for thin value on the

Dave folds

Hand 2 the kkxx where you r/r flop I think you are deep enough just to float if you bink the  he can easily of picked up more draws = value. Good board to float in postion I find people miss play rainbow boards like this,

The bottom set of 2's think its a coinflip between a call and a fold he will be value betting wider but not too much wider . Think its a call though

P.s im hurrendous at writing my thinking Smiley
