Just a couple of date changes to the Schedule, the G2 Poker Fiesta is now the 25th with FT on the 26th and what was the Marbella NLH on the 25th is now the Poker10.com Bounty €100+€100 on the 24th.

The full update schedule is on the site http://www.marbellapokerfestival.com/festival-schedule

i remember when WPT's were exclusive

I was thinking this actually. Seems a bit low budget and can't do the brand any good at all.

Should be $5k minimum really.

It clashes with the EPT Berlin and the Grand Final, so a $5k buy in would probably be a mistake regardless of the title

That is exactly our thoughts as well!

WPT Nationals are designed to cater for local markets, and players that are not rolled for the larger fully branded WPT events. Saying it de-values the brand is like saying a UKIPT (or any of the GPT National series) de-values the EPT!

In the USA they are branded as "Regional" events, and carry buy ins even lower than the European Nationals.

are there any age restrictions in place pls?

The hotel is over 18's only, as is the casino.

when i had a home game it was centered around drinking

we had nibbles durng the game  - beer up to 11pm - then the shots came out

we always ordered pizza at 9.30 for 10pm eats

hope this helps

(wish i was currently drunk with lil D)

The best games always are about drinking.

Our Christmas game last year was 2nd best Hold 'Em, with the winning hand keeping the button, and having to roll the dice to see if you were to drink bottle 1 to 6. Messy is an understatement.........

We may have had pizza!!?Huh??!
