i was in the "cant go to the dentists" camp, mainly due to the terifying drilling until  about 2 years ago when, i discovered some dentists dont use the drill for nervous patients-you can have all the bad stuff removed by a laser. F'kin marvellous! I aren't bothered its really for use on kids.it dont hurt and although i still dont like going i can cope with it now. Get well soon Kev.

Wondered if any of you have had this problem before. Any ideas as what might be the best line of attack? Nearly 3 years ago i bought the house i currently live in, the family we bought it from seemed quite nice but it was quite obvious they were in a hurry to get it sold, apparently they had a few debts.

As usual for a while after we were still getting post addressed to them, so we gave it to the next door neigbour who had said they would pass it on to them as they would still be in contact with them. After about 6 months i got fed up of doing this and just returned the post back to the sender saying that they didnt live here anymore and could they ammend their records. Then someone knocked on our door wanting the bloke who used to live here, couldnt help as i didnt know where they had gone. He used to work for himself putting up conservatories and doing double glazing and i can only assume that some of his work was a bit iffy as more people came knocking trying to find out where he lived.

Anyway i opened one of his letters one day not realising it was addressed to him only to find that it was a loan application in his name but using my address, since then he has used his name but my address for membership at DTD, our local Napoleans casino and shed loads of other things but not neccesarily just for loans even a car insurance renewal in his mrs' name but at my address. These cant be accidental ,for example the DTD incident cant have been because it hasnt been open for 3 years.

I have had enough now and it hasnt affected my credit rating yet- i have checked on experian and equifax but surely what he is doing is illegal? should i contact the police or is there someone else i should see?
