Just heard that anyone who played after the restart will not get a refund

I cant believe they even restarted it after a 90min delay!

I wont be playing the again!!! Almost told the guy on chat to close my account down but resisted as that would totally end my hope of a refunded!! Slim as it may be!

Whats is the process for this?? Is it fairly simple and done at customs when you land? All advice welcome on this as its new to me!

Looking at taking aroung $15k to Vegas shortly, and need advice as to the best way of doing this?

Do i take cash after changing it here? Or can i wire transfer it to the hotel?? (New york new york)

Also, when return with (hopefully!!) more money?? Whats the best way to change it back to stirling as i lost alot on poor selling price last time from travel agents.
