hi chef!
last time i was at dtd i couldn't decide what to eat so was talked into getting the shredded chicken - usually i love stuff like this but have to say i wasn't that pleased with it - admitted the place was heaving (it was the day we all got snowed in at the £500) so that may of had an affect. there was hardly any chicken and the strips were to greasy for me to eat. like i said i think this may have just been a one off as everyone who was talking me into these was saying how great they were.
i would suggest keep it simple, in some cases (but not all) bite size and not to messy.
A selection of sandwiches and wraps both hot and cold - no need to get to fussy with these (my personal favourite was the chicken cesear but this seems to have disappeared).
then things like burgers, scampi, pizza, risotto, salads, maybe some sundries items from around the world like large samosas or spring rolls, sausage rolls, Cornish pasties etc.
larger meals - again keep it simple, fish and chips, Shepard's pie, fish pie, curries, bolognaise, stirfries and the like.
lastly i think that monthly specials or even seasonal is a great idea - how about winter warmers during the cold months and then have a BBQ set up outside in the warmer months.
hope this helps all this talking of food has made me hungry!
Hi over the last few weeks ive spoken too one or two of dtd customers,Nandos ,is one of thier choices due to how long food takes to arrive and choice on the menu.last time i was at dtd i couldn't decide what to eat so was talked into getting the shredded chicken - usually i love stuff like this but have to say i wasn't that pleased with it - admitted the place was heaving (it was the day we all got snowed in at the £500) so that may of had an affect. there was hardly any chicken and the strips were to greasy for me to eat. like i said i think this may have just been a one off as everyone who was talking me into these was saying how great they were.

By putting on daily specials until our new menu arrives was something that needed to happen .Any speacials that anyone would like, let me know and i shall try and put on specials until the new menu is in force.
