I am still waiting for my refund after emailing three times and talking to online support twice still no response apart from it has been escalated to who knows where!! I can't check at the moment whether it has been put in my acc as at work today. I have now pm Gary Oakes I hope it will be resolved soon.

I've been escalated too!

Gary isn't in the office atm so he has forwarded my email to Glenn.

Hopefully its sorted before the last online day 1 tonight.

Hi guys,

I am sending a list of those that have been sent to me in about 10 minutes. If you think you should be included Glenn@dusktilldawnpoker.com ASAP please.

Glenn

Cheers Glenn....credit received.

Cheers Glenn got mine too.Smiley

Hi

I have just checked my account and not had a refund for Monday nights UKPC mini online day 1 yet. Could someone contact them for me have sent two emails already. Also where are the tickets stored.

Thanks

Also I've been told by someone else that all tokens have been refunded but I haven't been refunded. I already had another token so don't know if they didn't realise this. I contacted online support who did not seem to know anything about this.

Agree what has already been said that DTD does always try to put the poker player first. I was really disappointed last night but I was also very hopeful that DTD would sort out this debacle. I doubt anyone could say that after the break they were still focused especially with the dynamics of the table being so affected.

Thanks again

am logged back in. Everything seems paused.
Was just texting with Chinese Frankie and he reckons Simon has said that everyone will get a refund bar the players who have already bust (which I assume goes into the prizepool) even the guy with 100 chips.

No compensation then....
I'm pretty sure DTD will see this as much of an inconvenience as we do when they have lost one leg of a meaty gtee and it cannot be realistically resheduled as it would impact on the live legs so they have lost £10k plus from the pool already.

Not sure what compensation anyone would want/expect or what could ever be given.

Agree!! Also affects the confidence of the poker community. I've be playing on their site the last few days and no problems until tonight.

But a terrible shame for those who had started to build their stacks, it's a pity that they can't pause it and restart it tomorrow night.

the blogger is crap and posts one blog an hour

not exactly tactful...and we all know a certain someone would have done a fantastic job and posted far far more than we have read this week...unfortunately it is what it is...which is one update an hour at very best.

Worst updates ever. I've just watched a live stream of another comp but would rather have watched this epic event. I've followed the updates on here previously and really enjoyed them. With the wpt blog I keep thinking my screens frozen.Sad

BTW well done DTD. Smiley
