Forgot to add that villain is Kmonti - he is one of the better 6 card players, really solid

Villain was Piamenti. I'm always 3 betting on the button here, flatting anywhere else.

You can't flat the turn we are first to act...

Chippy man I don't know what you're on about there.

Dave do you ever check call the turn? He had aaj 9 high clubs 4 clubs on river. What you gonna do

You have to think what villain is shoving with here? Our redraws could be dominated...

Villain has $2700, I cover.

6 handed utg raises $30, vilaain calls I call in bb with

Flop
x x villain bets $65, hero raises $260, fold, call.
Turn
hero bets $550, villain raises $2265, hero??? Sad
Can we ever fold here? Do we ever check call the turn?

Really tough position on the flop, I would like to know thoughts on checking back the flop, and obviously what the best decision is once he has raised. Villain is unknown but seems solid so far.

Villain $1626.50 raises co $30
Hero  $2877.50 raises btn $105
villain calls.
Flop  villain checks, hero bets $160, villain raises $500...

Hero???

That's a fair point about preflop, I was in gamble mode. So this is a standard flop fold right?
8  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / 6 card PLO, folding nuts on the flop on: September 07, 2013, 12:11:27 AM
2-4 6 max on full tilt, villain is 6 card reg so knows the game. Preflop is fine imo so only interested in flop decision. Game is full.
Hero $1272.40
sb $400
villain $862

Hero raises $12 utg+1
sb 3 bets $34
bb calls, hero calls. Flop comes

sb checks, bb bets $84, hero.... folds?

Villain is aggro, he will be betting turn and river on every blank if i flat.

Pretty sure I am folding here... I have tried straight flush blocker bluffs twice and it worked once.. I just don't think someone new to the game who doesn't have any history with you would make this play. Chnren if I made this play against you I'm pretty sure you would call me off because you have history with me. It's very player dependant but I would never make this play against an unknown.
10  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: PLO 6 cards, good/bad spot to check raise with blocker this hand? on: August 16, 2013, 03:51:56 PM
It's not actually that sick - the way it has been played there is no way either players have qq/jj
Who checks flop with a set there and then doesn't raise the turn? Real nice play though, not many of the 2/4 regs see the game like this.
Nasdaq has 3456 a lot here, he's already shown he's weak by just calling the river. I miss playing with you chnren

it seems many of you know me, but i am newbie here,  know nobody, oh sry, properly few, i am so interested to know who you are, my boy.......

You will be back playing with me soon when baby is all good Smiley
