Who knows,I had one with last week, 16/1 on a 2/1 and they paid out.  I hadn't used the account in 5 years,I guess you just buy a ticket and see what happens.  They have had almost two days to amend this 28/1 and still it remains.

Thanks for the top info.  It sounds very much like pot luck and you could end up with a lesser ranked hotel for the same price. I should probably scan through this thread and see what info I can pick up.
