the first one isn't in google tho i'd have thought most poker people will have read holdens book. if not i would recommend it, its by far the most interesting book on poker, especially for anyone who has been to vegas. i spent 2 hours last night scouring my computer for the answers (yes i know it was christmas day), only to find i couldn't email my answers
