It is the other way round!!  If I win the heat, the semi-finls and final are over the weekend.  Otherwise I will be at Blackpool for the main event and the challenge match if it is on.

Maxfield + 1 PokerStars qualifier.  Anyone played with Andreas Harnemo???  He has had one big result, 2nd ewsop 2005 but nothing alse as far as I know.

We treated to a great final at Luton.  On Sunday night Stuart Fox finished 3rd in the stars 200 for a cool $37,000.  That outdraw at Luton does not feel that bad now.  Great Game Stuat.

Congratulations to Peter Evans!  The management are certain that this kind of small freeze out will be a regular event.  Great structure and well run.  At one stage we had two finals in play and another tournament about to start.  Great atmosphere in the Cardroom!  The final table played for over 5 hours with the blinds nicely capped at 6k-12k.  This is more play than I have had in tourneys 10 times the price!  Well done keep it up Grosvenor.  Looking forward to Luton.

Well Ironside, at least this is one weekend where I have not had pocket aa cracked in a main event! I think people tipping me to win a main event is a thing of the past!! Might even help with the pressure off! Thanks for asking about the refunds Tikay. Looks like a day trip to London sometime soon.
