Thanks Tikay for your Kind words and to Jim for the welcome.

I think the important thing is that the people like Malcolm and Kate who are making the show have a real passion for it and for poker. I think this is why it is good that we can be constructive in our criticism and they will listen. Its good to see that people on this forum are being constructive and not having a go just because it's run by AWOP. A few weeks ago I had the honour to play in the Pokerzone Pokerbowl which should be broadcast soon. I had been quite critical of the show in the past but, one thing I learned from that experience is how passionate people involved in these shows are and how they will listen to the viewers.

This I have found recently can be transferred to poker players as a whole. I have been playing internet poker for a couple of years but only really played live over the past six months or so. Before this I really didn't know any other poker players but have been amazed to find out how helpful and nice they can be. It is good that more experienced players are willing to give advice on forums like this and also on shows like PNL where Tikay, Malcolm  and others are quite prepared to explain their own game in order to help the likes of me. Earlier today I emailed a PNL viewer who I knew was good at his game for a bit of advice as I was running bad. I didn't know the guy but he gave me his number so I could ring him. What a star. I also rang Malcolm who was quite happy to help me as well.

I know I've rambled on a bit but what I'm really trying to say is the people involved in this game are passionate and not selfish as you would imagine. This why I really want to support any Poker show that is made by poker people for poker people.

Hi everyone, my first posting here and hope to be joining in a bit more.

I'm not connected with the show but am a friend of Malcolm. I think undeniably the first show was not perfect. I do know however, how committed they are to improving it and how hard they have been working. I'm sure that once all the teething problems have been sorted out it will turn into a top show. I mainly watch PNL  (to which Tikay is a very welcome addition) If like me you have watched it from the beginning you would appreciate how it has changed after a rocky and almost amateurish start to the slick show it is now. I haven't seen poker 425 but will try and catch it later.
